Hello.

I doubt VoiceOver has anything to do with this odd situation, but I am
posting about it in case others have noticed similar problems and
would like to comment on them.

I reset my cellular usage statistics on March 3, the start of my new
billing cycle. Yesterday, I checked my usage since the start of the
cycle and discovered I had used less data than the report of five days
ago indicated which, of course, makes no sense. In addition, my phone
reported I had never reset the data. I reset the phone, whereupon, as
expected, the count reverted to 0 KB. This morning, I checked the
phone to discover my usage was up to what I would have expected since
the start of my March 3 cycle, and the reset date was not reported as
yesterday but rather March 3, the previous reset date. It was if the
phone or the network had self-corrected the data used since the start
of the cycle and had also forgotten I had reset the phone yesterday.
Is this some kind of network hiccough? I'm not making this stuff up.
<smile>
