Hi guys.Today I had an iPhone 4s,, this iPhone has IOs 7.1, and it has something very weird. When I go to the control center, nothing open. I go to the status bar, and if I slide 3 fingers down, the notification center opens. But if I go to the status bar, and I slide 3 fingers down to up, nothing opens. In my own phone, and the rest of iPhones that I tried today, all of them open the control center when I slide 3 fingers down to up. What could be in the wrong place to do not let me open the control center when I slide 3 fingers down to up?
