Hi, the way warranties are handled from OtterBox now is that you have to
submit 2 pictures. Both need to show the current date and your name on a
peace of paper. The first picture is the part of the case which shows
the damage. The second picture is the inner lining of the rubber part
which shows the square or oval with the OtterBox serial number of the
product. Their customer service people are very friendly and will
explain this to you in case you need help, but the web site to submit
warranty claims is very easy. The first time I did this I had one of
them stay on the phone while I did it, but after that I've been able to
do it on my own without even having to call them.

visually impaired, to take some pictures for you like I did and send

was able to get mine replaced for free.
