Try Trulia. It lets you search to your own spesifications such as 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, etc. You can search in various sections of town or other near by towns and much more. It isn't limited to just apartments. You can search for houses to rent or buy, and just about any thing else you can think of too. It also shows the asking prices. This app was aimed at realistat agents but anybody can use it.
