I did get this done but, I have another question. how does one get a space
to be inserted o do you have to switch backto keyboard mode? Seems silly
to have too but, I cna't figure how to get a space inthere.

Go to Settings,General, Accessibility, Voiceover, swip down to rotor and
select handwriting to add it to your rotor settings.
To access the rotor, place 2 fingers on the screen of your device and turn
