I think Poblo is over looking the fact that when you download and install 7.1 
directly from your iDevice, the installation only happens after the download is 
complete and should there be a lost signal for what ever reason, when things 
resume, all will procede from that point.  I find that performing an update 
straight from my iDevice is straight forward and no need to go through iTunes.
