What I do for keyboard reference is to send a text copy of my notes to my
Kindle app where it is easy to read for reference. Then it is always on the
phone and easy to navigate. Much easier than having to carry around large
Braille books. There is a fairly good reference for keyboard, gestures and
Braille keyboards located at

It is a Quick reference guide for voiceover on iOS.
It does not include changes for IOS 7 but I don’t know of many of those. I used
it to create lists that were easier to navigate in plain text.
