I started playing with the 3 OCR programs again after someone said they've improved. What I found is that when using Prismo it is almost impossible to get a page. I move the phone around till it says found page but if the phone is moved even cm it looses the page. I had much better success with Text Grabber and even Text Detective. I have not played with these using the Scan Stand though. I will say I was amazed at how much better the two apps I just mentioned have become over the past few months.
