Hi Tom, I have found that it does not happen everywhere. So far, I have noticed it only in the messages app but, there, it does happen pretty regularly. It seems that it most often happens right after I have used the spell checker to change a word. I will make a bug report to Apple, in a couple days, after I have had a chance to better figure out exactly when and where it happens.
