Hi Chris, I also don't have Dropbox listed under Settings, Privacy, Location Services, it simply is not in the list and I am very sure about this as I swiped through it from top to bottom and back twice. When I opened Dropbox it asked me if I wanted Push notifications and I do also have it in Background App Refresh, but it's definitely not in Location Services. Why some people have it and other's don't I am not sure, but I am thinking that maybe it has to do with what other apps have access to Dropbox?
