Christina, the last original Fleksy version I could get to work with VoiceOver was 2.02. Their latest version which is 3.0 doesn't work at all with VoiceOver.
I think their intention is to have just one app for both VoiceOver and non-VoiceOver users but they aren't at that point yet. Their focus seems to be getting other apps to put hooks so that the Fleksy keyboard can be accessed by those apps without having to go through the copying and pasting hoops we've always had to go through. I am glad that Fleksy VO does work as the app originally did and it works well at meeting my needs.
