Jerry, I think dropvox would work for you. I just happened to download it this morning. I haven't had much time to work with it, but I think it is exactly what you want. It is two dollars in the app store. After you download it, you link it to your dropbox. Then anything you record with this app is automatically uploaded to dropbox.
