Hi Mike, Sherrie and Paul,

Thanks very much fore your helpful responses.  I charged my unit twice just to 
see how it worked.  On one occasion, the phone became warm, on the other 
occasion, it didn't.  I was going to ask about this, but it was already 
addressed by Sherrie.  Anyway, I think I'll try the method of running the 
battery down to 20% and then activate the Juice Pack.  Thanks.
