In the Settings is an option called something like "export feeds to OPML file". 
Do that, then update, and import that OPML file. Alternatively, make a Feedly 
account, add your subscriptions to that (manually or via your OPML file) and 
then enable Feedly in the updated Lire. That will sync everything back to Lire, 
with the bonus that any other RSS client you care to try can grab the same 
information so long as it supports Feedly.
