On the main screen of Prizmo, I find the names of my saved documents. If I use a one finger right flick, after each document is a button that says "Rename" When I have pinished recognizing a document and do a two finger flick up, VoiceOver reads everything including the document. It will say Region 1, Region 2 and so forth for each section of the document. The only thing I can think of is that either you are not on the screen you think you are, or you have not gotten any text. Richard
