Hi, I saw a while ago a review of the ScanSnap IX500 by Sieghard. If you are still around, could you please email me off list? I have just got the scanner and I don't know how to put the paper in... I just open the tray and put the sheets in but it doesn't roll inside the scanner. any hints?
