Hi Denise,

If your pictures are Jpeg you can also just double tap and hold on the
attachment in the email and a menu comes up after a moment with very much
the same choices as what I described before including saving to camera roll,
Facebook and so on. However, you can't post a PDF to Facebook at least not
in the same way as a Jpeg. If your pictures are PDF you have to use some
sort of online conversion utility to convert it to a Jpeg first.

I have Dropbox and if I double tap and hold on a PDF attachment I do have
the option to open it in Dropbox which means I can then save it in a Dropbox
folder.

Regards,
Sieghard

Hello,
Is the process the same for e-mails sent to the iphone or ipad. Someone sent
me pictures by e-mail, and there are two images and pdf. I tried tapping on
both the image and the pdf, but did not get the same choices. I want to post
the pictures to facebook.
