Thanks for the notes. I've had nothing but trouble with connectivity, 
especially outside, so have also been put on the list for an upgraded set. I'm 
also hoping the really bad sound leaking has been at least partially fixed. Why 
they are still using bluetooth 2.1 is beyond me, but as long as it works 
better... Or maybe I read something wrong and they've finally adopted BT4.0?
