Hi Andrew, Be sure that Documents and Data is set to sync with iCloud on the Mac and phone. When you save in Pages on the Mac, you have the choice to save on your computer or in iCloud. Any documents you save to iCloud will show up in your documents list in Pages on the phone. And yes, if you make changes in one place, those changes should show up in the other.
