I have an iphone 5 and an iphone 5S and am on Verizon. On the iphone 5 I have a personal hotspot button and can turn personal hotspot on and off. But on the 5S, I have no hotspot on and off button and when I go to celular I have a button to set up personal hotspot and it tells me to go to the web or call verizon to set this up. But both phones are on the same account and personal hotspot should be included. I called verizon and the rep said it was enabled and to turn my phone on and off which I suspected was not going to solve the problem and sure enough it didn't. Any suggestions before I call Verizon back and tell them the problem is on their end.
