Hi Jane,

The tech person from the library called me back. As a result of changing to
a new Ipad, I used my 100 downloads. Very good read on the problem on your
end.

The person from the library was very helpful. He apologized for giving me
the wrong fix for the problem. He is going to contact NLS and explain that
his suggestion to fix the problem was not the correct one and ask if they
will reset my download limit. Hopefully, they can do it this one time.
People make mistakes and technology glitches happen. It's nice to know, when
problems occur, the limit can be reset.

Have a great day,

Lynda

Each person can have up to 100 authorizations a month on the BARD app. ou
can download books from the NLS site whenever, and you can olay them with
the player, but the app and the devices, between them can only authorize 100
books a month--except on circumstances that I forgot to ask about.

I'm unclear if it's 100 books authorized for a total of Braille and audio,
or if it's 100 for each kind.

What I do is download stuff into the app and listen and then I download for
my NLS player, the portable one, if I like it and want to hear it again.

Jane
