One thing we want to tell you here is that if it ever comes a time when Apple changes many things and it becomes useless without firmware updates, or we have big updates in the firmware for our customers, then we will surely design and produce another hardware to overcome the problems. Since we have experienced the issue, know the concern of our customers, will have enough knowhow and knowledge by that time, we will surely make it upgradable by users. Then we promise we will definitely have a reasonable compensation sales plan to have our valuable customers come with us. We hope you understand, believe and trust us in this. The original design of RiVO interface for iPhone had been started from discussion with blind people at CSUN conference about iPhone and its accessibility issues. We really thank them. We also thank our customers who have learned, used and sent us valuable feedback over the years about this seemingly complex interface. It will surely turn out to be an easy and intuitive interface once you try it although there's none like this before. We think we are committed to this and we really want to do our best to make our blind customers good at using touchscreen smart devices with RiVO. Thanks.
