You may need to go into the braille setings and forget the device, turn off 
bluetooth, Reboot the phone, and then turn on bluetooth, go back into the 
braille settings and try pairing them again.
If that doesn't work, then I would contact both Apple Accessibility and the 
Pronto manufacturer.
