Well, I think that the accessibility is not been so helpful. I see the WiFi off, but no matter if I do double tab, or flick up or down, it doesn’t change to on.

I'm honestly not sure how accessible it is now on iOS as I moved over to Android and am getting information from various sources that with the latets update the accessibility has got worse.
