You can add fleksy keyboard to tweetings and use it with voiceover. You can type words and make fleksy learn and forget words you typed. You need to have fleksy instaled. The fleksy app is used for this, not fleksyvo.
Perhaps the functions are limited at the moment for vo users; I didn’t manage to type numbers and couldn’t edit my tweet: I only could delete words or start all over again. I like it very much, because fleksy supports much more languages than fleksy vo.
