My friend and I are both having some frustrations with the CloudBeats app, and have some questions about it. 1. Is there a way ! rewind and fast forward in the app like you can in the stock music app? If so, how would I go about turning this on? 2. Is there a way to shuffle your intire music collection in Dropbox, rather than just one album or folder? 3. After double-tapping on the "Folder Options" button, I can't get out of the screen which pops up without closing the app entirely. How do I get out of this screen? I don't see a cancel button anywhere. 4. There are neither letter headings nor a table index for scrolling through items in the app. Is there a way to contact the developer to request this feature? If we contact the developer about this, what would be a good way of explaining this? Are the letter headings and table index features specific to VoiceOver? 5. Will CloudBeats check your Dropbox for new content upon launching? Is there a way to tell it that new content has been added? 6. My friend deleted and reinstalled the app, but she keeps getting the message, "Updating media library." Not all her music is showing up in the app, and the "Updating media library message has been on the screen for quite some time without anything updating passed the little music that the app has gotten from Dropbox.
