you can move apps from page to page to drop in an existing folder by pressing shift control options m on the app move to the folder you wish to drop it in and press the up and down cursors to drop it. If you need to creat a folder from 2 apps use the move command, arrow to the app you wish to create a folder with and press the move command again. It will create the folder and place you in the field of the folder name in case you wish to change it.
