Hello Casey,

When I first read your message I concluded that you are either (1)
encountering a SIM card problem or (2) some setting in your VoiceMail
account was/has been inadvertently changed. Either of these two
possibilities are still very likely but upon a second read of your message I
now think that you should do a careful review of the do-not-disturb settings
on your iPhone.

If all is correct on the device, itself, then dial into your VoiceMail
account and check the settings there.

If neither of these two avenues resolve the problem then you will need to go
into an A T & T store (I strongly suggest a corporate store) and they will
probably switch out your SIM card in order to get your VoiceMail working
again.

You could call the customer service line but I suspect that this problem can
more easily be solved in person by a SIM swap.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Subject: A question about A message I am getting when my A T and T iPhone is
turned off

Hi I have the iPhone 5 threw A T and T.
What I would like to know is lately when I Have my phone completely off.
And I call my cell phone number from my home phone.
It says the person that you have called is not excepting calls at this time.
Then when I turn my iPhone on and then call it again from my house it lets
the phone ring.
So what has changed and how does one change it back?
When I used to call my iPhone from my home land line with my iPhone being
turned off.
It would go right to voice mail.
This just lately started doing this.
So any and all help with this is welcome.
