There is of course OoTunes and then there are some Canada specific apps like
CBC Music and Rogers Radio. I have tried both a while back and don't recall
any accessibility issues, but of course that was prior to iOS 7. In any
case, if you read the app reviews by going to the link I provided you'll
find that 2 of them mention Voiceover and that apparently the apps is
