For the most part you just have to use the Tab key to move around in iTunes, F6 is also useful in some cases to move you to various areas on the screen and you can usually use Control+F to get back to the search box which sometimes is a good reference point from where to start tabbing. I highly recommend you listen to the December 2012 and January 2013 Podcasts of Jonathan Mosen where he talks about using iTunes 11 with Jaws 14.
