Hello All,

Instead of using the standard on-screen iOS keyboard, I would like to try
out an on-screen Braile keyboard input app.

What I would like to know is if there is an input app that allows one to
treat the entire portrait display as one Braille cell. That is, The upper
left corner of the screen represents dot 1, the upper right corner of the
screen represents dot 4, the middle left side of the screen represents dot
2, the middle right side of the screen represents dot 5, the lower left
corner of the screen represents dot 3, and the lower right corner of the
screen represents dot 6.

In this way, the user can simply use one finger to tap/select each dot of
the cell to be entered and when the correct configuration of cells is
selected, the user enters the character via a swipe or something.

Those of you who used the original HUmanWare Trekker Maestro PDA will recall
this was the way we entered text. It was remarkably efficient and accurate.

Now that I think about it, there may/could/should be a way of entering dots
7 and 8, as well.

Does such an app for iOS exist?

Thank you,

Mark
