One of 3 ways:
1. Activate SIRI and say "Turn WiFi On". 2. Pull up the Control Center by touching the time in the status bar and then do a 3-finger swipe from the bottom of the screen towards the top, turn WiFi on by double tapping on it. 3. Go to Settings and WiFi (second from the top after Airplane Mode) and double tap where it says WiFi, Off". If you had previously connected to your WiFi it will automatically connect. If you had not previously connected to your WiFi you can turn WiFi on with SIRI or in the Control Center, but you would still have to go to Settings, WiFi, then find your WiFi network in the list of available networks, double tap on it and, if prompted, enter your wireless password.
