Yes, I set it up on my own. The app will tell you your steps, calories burned, distance traveled. If you decide to set up food/water intake, it will keep track of those calories/ounces. Oh, and it does some tracking while you sleep.
If you are getting close to your goal in a day, the app sends an alert. If you reach your goal, the Flex on your wrist vibrates.
