Hi Keith, Go to Settings, General, Usage. Wait for the list of everything on your phone and how much memory it takes up to load. Double-tap Music. Flick up on All Music. VO will say "Delete." Double-tap.
Are you sure you want to do this, though? You'll have to download all your music again. If you turn on iTunes Match while there is music on your device, that music will stay, but you'll be able to download more via iTunes Match.
