Gen, there is no calculator on the iPad, however can I mention two apps I have and you may wish to try. VoCalc from the makers of MBraille Mpaja. Fraction Calculator from the developers whose name I cannot remember sorry. It was posted on here a while back hence me knowing of it. As for the native Facebook app I will just answer the one question. You need to chat using the Messenger app by Facebook. We all should have received a notification that the messages feature will be discontinuing from the native app any time now and thus encouraging us to use the Messenger app which happens to be quite accessible. Hope this helps.

Hi,
I just got a 32 gb iPad mini and I am using voice over.
I have an iPhone 5c and I’ve had an iPod touch before so I am not a stranger
but have a few questions.
First of all, is there a calculator that comes with the iPad like is true with
ipod and iPhone?
Also, I am using the native facebook app and I don’t see a way to get the most
recent news feed to show up.
How is this done on the iPad.
Finally how do you get the chat feature to show up?
I have the screen orientation locked using the side switch as it seems this is
the way to do this but I’m not sure how you get the chat feature to display?
Thanks for any help anyone can give and any other tips are welcome to improve
the iPad experience.
Jen
