Hi,

Not sure I understand the first question. The keyboard only goes to sleep after not using it for a long time, independent of wether one is on a call or not. However, if the phone is at your ear it stops accepting commands because it blocks the touch screen. With headphones or on speaker the keyboard and other ways to operate the phone will work.

Juice packs are as far as I know battery cases that extend the battery life of your phone.

You can change the default voiceover voice in settings, general, accessibility, voiceover, language and dialects.

Hope this answers your questions.

Best,

Ioana

hi, I have some questions regarding keyboards
1 is there a way to keep them on while your phone is on? in other words is there a way to prevent them from going dead? 2 what exactly are the juice packs? 3 is there a way to change the system voice? I don't think there is
but wanted to be sure.
Thanks in advance for your help.
