What does the screen light do for those blind folks with no light
perception? Makes no sense for the screen or blacklighting to
eat up battery current! That is crazy!

What is your screen brightness set at? Try putting it at 10% or
so and see
if that makes any difference.

Hi,
I just called about my iphone 5s and battery drain issue.
Yesterday afternoon I charged my phone. It was up to 100%.
As of right now, it is at 34%.
It has been sitting on the desk, locked screen on, and no
activity.
Everything that could be turned off was turned off.
It seems I have two options.
I can get someone to drive me to Austin, which is not convenient,
and go to
an Apple store and ask for an extended battery test.
Or, I can do a factory reset to see if that clears up the issue.
I am using
7.1.1.
If I decided to try the factory reset, are there any pit falls I
need to
know about?
At least, my iphone is still under warranty.
