Hi all, Some of you will have thought of this before, but I'm passing it along in the hope that it helps a couple of you out.
I'm dyslexic, which for me means that my spelling generally leaves a lot to be desired although looking back at some of my previous writings I'm getting better. When trying to find the spelling of a word, I sometimes find that typing my best effort into Google will give me the correct spelling, although this isn't always the case - iOS auto correction doesn't usually help in these situations either. For example, I was recently trying to find the spelling for adage. I typed a d i d g e into Google and I got results about an Adidge family & took this to assume that the spelling wasn't correct. I then tried saying adage to dictation and low and behold, the correct spelling (a d a g e) was provided. This was the first time I tried this approach but I'll be using it a lot more in the future when my best guess at the spelling is so far out that even Google doesn't know what I'm talking about. Hope this is of help to someone. Cheers, Ben. -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list. All new members to the this list are moderated by default.
