You can achieve your goal either way. That's the short answer. If you're
going to be getting a new iPhone I recommend you get the book Getting
Started with the iPhone and IOS 7.0 by Anna Dresner. It is available from
the National Braille Press in Boston Massachusetts. You can find them on the
web at http://www.nbp.org
