Hi Grace, For money I think LookTel Money Reader is the best choice although if you never deal with international currencies and are only concerned with US Dollars there is a free app which I believe I s called Mint. LookTel Money Reader is a bit on the expensive side considering it's a very basic app, it costs $9.99.
Tap Tap See also recognizes money, but keep in mind that while the app itself is free, you do have to pay for using it. You can buy picture credits, it's $7.99 for $100 pictures, and if you end up taking a bad picture where nothing can be seen that does also count. At least the $9.99 for LookTel Money Reader is just a one-time purchase. As far as object recognition is concerned, there is also an app called Camfind which is a free app and free to use. It is made by the same developer as Tap Tap See and it works also very well for many things.
