I've set up my iPhone 5 using iCloud back-up from old iPhone 3Gs So I have sixteen ikons per screen: 4 rows x 4 columns All I've read says that I have to manually move ikons to make the 5th row (which is empty) active. But ever time I try, the moved ikons spring back into the 4 row layout, Am I missing a trick?
