Hi Michelle, I'm having issues with pandora as well. I clicked on thumbs up for a song and it kicked me out. I saw the web container as well. I've never seen that before. I'm going to wait it out and hope things get cleared up. I may have a recent e-mail from them. If it does not clear up soon I will write to them. Connie
