If this problem continues, you should contact Apple directly and
tell them how you feel. I do not think it is appropriate for
Apple to leave like this. Apple needs to listen to folks with
this particular problem!

read, since it is in english. However, maybe due to the language

When the languages is set on default language, a different
language tag causes VO to switch to the different language.
Place at least one additional language in the rotor. Turn the
rotor to language. Flick from default language to the same
language in the rotor. Now, everything will be spoken in the
language chosen, if said language can handle the material. If
not, the material will be skipped.
