Sounds to me like you have to spend $30 and a lot of time whereas iTunes is free and while also requiring a bit of learning and practice, it’s super accessible with all modern screenreaders. I find it astonishing what length people are going to in order to avoid iTunes and in the end they are doing something that’s even more complicated and even costs money.
