I e-mailed Pandora today. I got a very nice response back, stating that they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime, the representative that contacted me would like more information. I'm attempting to compile an e-mail to thank them and to include more accessibility issues. I personally don't use the app as much as I did in the past, so please notify me of any other issues that I have not noticed.

I am a Voice Over user. I can figure out what station I am on in the main screen of the app by turning on Voice Over hints, but at the very most this is extremely unworkable as hints have a tendency to be slow and clunky. Station names for 'recommended stations' do read correctly. Besides the station name icons not showing up correctly, I would like to commend Pandora on the recent changes in the application that made it much more usable for blind and visually impaired users. I truly love music and the way your application delivers it to my phone; I would strongly appreciate it if this report was forwarded to the correct people to ensure this oversight can be fixed. -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
