Hi If you have no other notifications that you need voiceover to read to you on the lock screen, you can Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, voiceover and turn off notifications to be announced on the lock screen. If you just want to stop the caaller ID for calls being announced, there is no way to just turn off caller ID.
