Here is my impression of that app.
It took around 30 minuts to celan my iPhone 4s and freed 1.4GB of space.
When I opened the mail, I found that in some folders I didn't have any
messages. Glad that all my emails use imap. It took awhile to download
again. Not sure what happens with pop3, but be careful.
