Dave, Live ATC.net is very VoiceOver-friendly. There may be a hyphen between the "Live" and the "ATC." Scanning of aircraft frequencies is made possible by people who supply digital access to their aircraft receivers. You can browse by location to see if your desired airport is listed. Some access is limited; for instance, an airport's Departure Control may be available but not its tower.
