Hey John, Not to worry as I went through the same thing over the weekend as I 
have been a prime member but never used the music part. To get amazon prime 
music working on your iPhone you have to go to the amazon prime music on the 
web first. You have to add a song on the website to either play or to a 
playlist. By doing this it launches a pop up where you accept Amazon's user 
agreement once you do this go back to the app on the iPhone and click refresh 
and the app will start working. Yeah, it would be nice of amazon to have posted 
this somewhere as I spent over an hour over the weekend googling why I couldn't 
get the app to work. Good luck
