Do you have a computer with CD drive? Your best bet would probably be to rip the songs using iTunes then sync them to your phone. If you have a computer and could provide details about what operating system you are using and whether you are at all familiar with iTunes, then we could probably provide you with more detailed instructions. If you don't have a computer, then the simplest solution would probably be to have someone such as a family member help you do this.
